If you are a client submitting Job Advertisements, you agree not to include any personally identifiable information within those ads. This ensures that any information shared does not compromise the privacy or rights of individuals by revealing sensitive or private details that could be used to identify someone.

User Content and Disclaimers of Liability

Brand New Hirings acts solely as a platform for distributing User Content and assumes no responsibility for verifying or confirming the accuracy, legality, or completeness of this content. As such, we assume no liability for any User Content. You are aware that you may encounter content that is inaccurate, misleading, illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, and it is your sole responsibility to assess and verify the quality, truthfulness, and legal standing of such content.
